From what I understand when ever I update my POIs (Red Light Cameras, etc). All of my other POIs have to be reloaded also. I'm thinking when I reload everything I have to manually go back through and reset all alert distance information. Am I right? This is really a pain!

You don't necessarily have to..
unless you have manually changed the alert settings. The redlight and speedcameras alerts will be set without going through the manual mode..

Reload all
First hello from very hot ETEX - yes whenever you update your poi's you do need to go back and reset the proximity alerts for all poi's (at least I have found this to be the case with my NUVI 350 in the manual mode) with the exception of the red light/camera enforcement - I have several poi's installed from rest areas to trucks stops and more - I always reset my proximity alerts but I do leave the red light/camera enforcement alert set to default - have yourself a great day

You may not have to reload all POIs

If your GPS can be seen as a drive on your computer, you don't have to reload all POIs when you update your red light camera file. See FAQ:
