Just installed the POI Loader Beta Version on my PC. When I run the program, the POI Loader window opens but it does not have the buttons across the bottom. Therefore I am sort of stuck since it won't allow me to continue (nothing to click on).
Anyone else experiencing this sort of problem? I have re-downloaded the program and reinstalled it several times.
The non-beta version runs normally.
Thanks

I assume you mean the "next, continue, and help" buttons. I have been using it for some time with no problems: Windows XP.

You assumed correctly about the buttons. I am also using Windows XP. I have never encountered this sort of strange problem. I even tried resetting the windows font size and text box sizes to see if the buttons just were not showing.
Can you tell me if there is an indication that Control keys are available (ie. Ctrl N for Next, Ctrl C for Continue, etc.) The text in the button box usually has an underscore for the Ctrl letter that performs the action of pushing the button.
Thanks

POI Loader Beta Problem Solved - UPDATE
If you have your XP System Fonts and/or Icons set too large the POI Loader Beta version does not show the buttons across the bottom of the loader window. This is not a problem with the earlier versions. This may be a window scaling problem with the beta version.
UPDATE:
Disregard my comment about fonts/icons; I found the real culprit. I happen to use MS Office 2003 and the shortcut bar option from MS Office 2000 (MS Office 2003 doesn't have a shortcut bar). In any case, if the shortcut bar is "attached" to the top of the desktop window and the Auto Hide option is not selected, it causes the POI Loader to open underneath the shortcut bar (it won't remember its previous location). For some strange reason this causes the POI Loader to not show the buttons. I have never seen this happen with any other program. If I move the shortcut bar to one side of the desktop or set it to auto hide (and relaunch POI Loader) everthing works normally.
My font/icon apparent solution worked because I had moved the shortcut bar to the side not realizing it was really the problem.
