How can i convert Google Earth's MY saved places to poi's. Is this even possible. How can i Create a poi file. thank you

Save the POIConverter from

Save the POIConverter from http://dr5274.googlepages.com/poiconverter, and then drag-n-drop your KML file onto it. It will ask you whether you'd like CSV or GPX. From there, the file can be downloaded as POI's.

Also, POI Edit (www.poiedit.com) will convert KML files to either CSV or GPX files that can be loaded as Custom POIs.
