Sign in to Goole maps if you

Sign in to Goole maps if you don't have a account it will direct you to create one.It is free.Once you sign in go to My Maps on left side and click on it.Now you will see create new map click on it and fill out the info to name the map.Now go back to top and put in the address of one of the favorites you have and click on search maps.A pop up screen will show up now click on save to my maps.Continue to edit or save for each pop screen until completed.Repeat same process for the next favorite until complete.

I did try to use one of my old maps to send directly to the Gps but it would not work.Sure this will change as this develops more with Garmin and Google. So right now unless someone found something different you have to do as in the top paragraph.

Afetr completing your map you can go another step and click on link to this page on Google maps and copy info then go to Takeitwith me http://www.takitwithme.com/ and paste the info you copied to where you see Paste in Your Google My Maps URL .Click on load my map and you can send to Gps or create a gpx file on your computer.

You can take your GPX file

You can take your GPX file that contains your favorites (I think it's called "current.gpx") and run it through POIConverter (http://dr5274.googlepages.com/POIConverter). This will create a CSV file.

Run the CSV file back through the converter, and choose "Yes" to convert to KML.

Go to Googles MyMaps and choose "Create New Map", then click "Import". Point it to the KML file and click "Open".

You now have a map with all of your favorites smile

I usually go to

I usually go to http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/convert and use the If you want to generate a KML or KMZ file.I guess based on your info I could do the same thing from there to import using google maps. Thanks for that info.I should be able to take the maps I have already done on Google maps and use your process or the one I laid out.
