i have a garmin 350 i want to update to 5.20

you can back your system up, thne upgrade the software. if you don't like it you can alwasy reload your backup. I think you will find Garmin is much better than Microsoft. Garmin stuff seems to work!

Software Update
I have a Street Pilot 7200 and have upgraded all the software using WebUpdater. That would include the 5.2 operating system. I have experienced no problems at all.
