Problem running IGO POI Explorer

I'm trying to add POIs to my NAV730. Apparently these are the same format as Mio uses, and the IGO POI Explorer (1.0 beta)is the utility to do this.

Every time I try to run this, I get the message "IGO POI Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close". I tried running this in safe mode, but still closes. It apparently conflicts with something els on my computer, but so far I haven't found the culprit.

Any ideas???
