A Garmin feature?

My sons have Tom Tom XL One's and they have a nice feature whereby if you're looking for a particular intersection and maybe are not sure of the cross street, you can enter the main street name and it will list all of the streets that intersect or cross it. Does anybody know if a Garmin model offers that feature?

Thanks

My Nüvi 200 does it

Just checked my nüvi 200 and it does it as well. You go into Where To, then scroll down and pick Intersections, then after you pick the town you want, you enter in street 1, then you are prompted for street 2, but if you just hit OK, it will show you a list of intersection roads to pick from.

I just tried it, right it lists many-many streets as street 2. If you try going to one that actually doesn't intersect, it says No Matches Found. It would be much better if it just listed actual intersections.

Intersections

My C530 does it too. I learn something new every day. Thanks for the tip.

Dang!

I didn't go so far as to pick a second street. I just glanced at the list and the ones I noted did intersect, so I (wrongly) assumed it showed all intersecting streets.

I guess it must instead show ALL streets from the town selected I bet. Not nearly as useful as just showing the actual intersecting roads.

intersections

mmmmmmmmm strange, my nuvi 750 continues to show a very long second list to choose from if the second street entry is left blank! It would be helpful if it "did" show only the possibities.

Thanks for the response. I too, checked my Nuvi 200 and if you leave the second street blank, it brings up all the streets in the city, not just the intersecting ones. Oh well - it would have been nice. . .

Thanks! I luv this site!
