Is it possible to upload the custom pois from my zumo to mapsource and see them on mapsource? If so...how?

MapSource & POIs
If you convert the POI to a GPX file you should be able to load it into MapSource
Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.
