How do you upload a .BMP Icon file to the site

Hello all,
This is my first posting to this site.. Thanks all of you for your previous posts, that i have read, and been inspired..
I have created a new 2008 copy of qdoba's resturants. I have also created a .bmp icon for qdoba, and want to upload it.
How do I upload an icon file .bmp to this site??

This is the link to add files. Normally Miss POI does not accept icons unless they are for a poi file. I am just planning on making two submissions, one for the csv and one for the bmp.
