Display Icon on GPS screen

I have a Magellan 4040. On the screen display it has an arrow icon which indicates my current location. Recently i've seen on a different GPS (I think a Garmin) the icon for the GPS's location was not an arrow. This GPS had a little car icon to indicate the GPS's location. Are there any sittings or anything I can download to change my arrow icon on my GPS to something else?

Maestro offers very little

Maestro offers very little customization. Changing icons is not possible in Maestro. Nor it is possible to change the voice of the lady in TTS.
