Cant convert CSV to any garmin format with GPS Babel

When I do the conversion to say GPX the lat/lon signs come out backwards. For instance -80 lon and 28 lat converts to S80 and E28.
POI loader makes the conversion correctly, but Bable mixes things up.
I am trying to convert to something that Mapsource can open but I have had no sucess so far.
Any help would be apreciated.
Thanks,
Jim

That was concerning a kml to csv conversion, but I think the root cause is the same. Strangely, there doesn't seem to be an inbuilt type, for Garmin Csv - you have to specify one with a 'style' file.

I know it's been a long time since this was asked, but I'll add what I've learned here in case it helps someone else...
It looks like GPSBbael assumes a CVS file with Lat/Lon reversed from those available on POI Factory for Garmin units. I simply opened the file in excel, inserted a new column in front of the first one, highlighted the now 3rd column, moved it to the first column, deleted the now empty 3rd column and saved the file. This seems to have fixed the problem.
