Speed zone alert---HELP!!!!

I'm looking for some assistance, I've loading the speed alert on two occasions to my unit(nuvi750), both times while driving the unit would alert me at locations were I know there are not any speed zones, also the mileage would read 1km , has anyone else been having any problems or maybe a solution.

Do you have POI File with the number 1 in the file name?
POI Loader will interpret numbers in the file name as speed alerts.

I had a POI of Starbucks with a 2 in the name. I guess it want me to slow down enough so I wouldn't miss my coffee. (BTW I like Dunkin Doughnus coffee better) LoL
