i am new here and i cant seem to get the sounds to copy to my computer i can listen to them but i cant get them to copy i want to put them on my StreetPilot c550. I am a Truck Driver and I have found alot of useful poi's here. I am going to test them out when i leave tonight..... I would like to have the alert play i just cant seem to get them downloaded.

Hope someone can help the first one i teried was the Flying-j Truck stop sound

Thanks for the links. I'm still looking for a simpler comparison showing example formats of the two and plusses/minuses (if any?) of each format. Seems that .csv is simpler, but wondering how much info can be stored in a .csv line...

A real classic spot for hot dogs in the heart of downtown Montreal is "The Montreal Pool Room".

A place not to be missed, on the "main" as we called it !!! In the hotels disctrict, a lot of shopping around and many things to see.

I think there may be a problem with the way some of these locations are being imported. For some reason, a lot of the locations that have an apostrophe in their name seem to be getting messed up on import. The "'" in the names keeps getting replaced with "’s"

Here are some examples of some ones I just submitted the other day:

Augie and Ray's shows up as Augie and Ray’s in the CSV file and displays this way on my Nuvi 660.

Guida's Restaurnat shows up as Guida’s Restaurant in the file as well.

After looking at the CSV file closer in Excel, I can also see a lot more entries with this problem. What is the cause of this and can somebody fix it??
