What do you do if you find an error in a file on the site?

Hi there, I'm new *points out the obvious* and I was wondering who you notify if you find something has changed in a file. Do you notify the person who submitted it?

Yes, and if that person doesn't have their contact tab enabled, then contact Miss POI.
