Bwarden was one of our COW's for the week of 10-15-07 for his contribution of those great public transportation files.

When people update their files they appear in the recent files area again so that you can see that they have had changes made to them.

I did not know he was a COW for 10-15 and now I know why so many POI files look like they are new but they are only updates.
