Nuvi Drive_Nero Photoshop Viewer

Attaching Nuvi 350 to my PC, I see a 5k file name Nuvi Drive in the Garmin folder. It is called Nero Photoshop Viewer. I use photshop, but don't remember doing anything related to my Garmn software.
Has anyone seen this, or know why it is there?
Nero Viewer
Nero will put a Photo viewer file in any folder it has opened to view a Photo. I will guess nero Photo viewer is your Default viewer.

That file is for windows explorer when you see the drive and next to it, the picture
