Keeping The Windmill Alive – March 2026

Perhaps you can post on a new book you're reading, a new hobby you're taking up or about random finds as you finally get around to cleaning out the..., or your most recent adventure?

Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Please keep comments polite.

This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.

Man those malls in NYS are like Black Friday really outta control. Had to buy some swimming trunks as hotel had an indoor pool. Generally don't like hotels post work travel, too many hidden cams and bed bugs and all that funny business

Mini road trip

First road trip of the year in about a month. Spring is a busy season as outdoor work has kicked off

don't remember liking them much either

I got my pink slip!...

Although in PA it is apparently blue.

Got my 2020 Subaru Legacy Touring XT in Oct 2020 (end of model year apparently) with a great deal--11% off MSRP and 0% financing for 60 months.

It has enough automation that it's almost semi-autonomous so while some don't like all the 'nanny' stuff, I find it easier on my mind, especially the adaptive cruise control. The one nit? ASS, or Auto Stop Start. Can't believe they let that name become an acronym!

Car has been great and with 80,000 miles on the clock now, I have high hopes for it to be the last car I'll be able to drive before they take away my keys!
