embedded mp3 files and error

The upload program says that there was a problem loading my POIs with mp3 files. However, it works fine. I have had that error if I had windows explorer open, but I didn't this time and I have tried it several times. Again, after I upload it, I get the error, but the POI is there in the GPSr and the mp3 plays "Approaching School Zone" so it works fine.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Could you state the exact error you are seeing from POI Loader? Also which version? PC or Mac?

PC, and it just says , "there was an error loading POIs"
