Because it's a scam?

There's another post on this from May of 2021 here:

. 2 Garmin DriveSmart 61 LMT-S, Nuvi 2689, 2 Nuvi 2460, Zumo 450, Uniden R3 radar detector with GPS built in, includes RLC info. Uconnect 430N Garmin based, built into my Jeep. .
Same
I received the same message a few times until I blocked the sender.
As Plunder mentioned above, it's a scam.
Scam
When you get this sort of thing, take a close look at the sender's email. Chances are, it's not from garmin.com. That is always a huge red flag. Next, even if you suspect it is real, don't click on any links in the email. Instead, go the company site directly (www.garmin.com in this case) and log in there. If the email was legit, you will also have a message from them when you log in.
Never however click on the links in the email. If you do, you are likely to be directed to a fake site (that may very well look real but isn't) and if you enter any personal information there (including name and password), you will have provided the scammers with that info.
I just ignore
