My new YouTube channel, Driving Arizona
Hello everyone,
Great timing, I know, with gas prices and all, but my wife and I have started a new channel called Driving Arizona. The videos will almost entirely be straight videos made of our drives around Arizona and the surrounding southwestern states. We'll be primarily taking our 2020 Escape, but also our 2020 Jeep Cherokee along 2 lane roads and ending up at a noteable location. (With help from our new Garmin Drivesmart 66)
These videos will be madein 4k resolution with our Go Pro 10 mounted on the hood of the vehicle. This form of video is a popular and growing genre on YouTube.
The first video is now available on the channel. It is a trip up Catalina Highway from Tucson to the astronomical observatories at the peak of Mount Lemmon.

Just got home from 3 nights camping with our daughter and granddaughter. Good camping trip but, with a 3.5 year old along it was less peaceful than our usual camping trips. Will be taking a 3-4 week camping trip starting next month that should be more relaxing.
