No problems on either of my devices.
I updated to 15.5 on my iPhone X, and MacOS Catalina ver. 10.15.7 on my mid 2012 Unibody MBP.
No problems or delays were observed.

Updated my iPhone 8+ with no problems and everything seems to be working well afterward.

I did have some Bluetooth issues after upgrading, but I was able to change some settings to fix
Apple released the 2nd version of the iOS 15.6 beta today. Downloaded and installed with no issues.
at least the last two mornings, when I picked up my iPhone from the charger I've been told that it failed to make this update and would try again later. This morning, as I looked at that message, I got a pop-up saying it was available for installation immediately, and I clicked the "do it" button. We'll see what happened this time.
Everything went smoothly with the download and install, and there are no obvious operational issues afterward.
