We're having a smaller gathering. My mom, myself, Jonathan & the younger kiddo (18). The elder kiddo (20) is a state away and has to work.

The younger kiddo requested knock-off cranberry bliss bars (Starbucks). They're pretty simple to make.

After food we plan to play some card games & watch the National Dog show which TiVo is currently recording.

What with all of the in-laws and out-laws, it is just to much to try and get everyone in our family together, so we do Thanksgiving and Christmas on different days. It is a whole lot simpler doing it that way than trying to get everyone together on the actual holidays themselves. One thing that I have to be grateful for this year is that my grandson got out of the Army last week, so he is a civilian again.
