Freezing cold and powder snowfall.

Battery on my Acura just gave up the ghost. Not bad for being almost 5 1/2 years old. I think OEM batteries are usually good for 3 to 4 years.

winter storm

This is a wicked winter storm in Texas. Hot water pipes are frozen in part of the house, and rotating blackouts due to implementation of green energy. Should be called blue energy since in the winter you turn blue from the lack of energy, or white energy since you risk frostbite.

Fun fact: Texas has 25,000MW of wind turbine capacity and today it is generating 1,987MW of power - just 8% of capacity. Wonder how much power is from a solar panel that is either iced over or snow covered on a heavily cloudy day? Sure glad we got rid of all those nasty reliable coal plants that kept us warm in the winter.
