Anyone else tried accessing the http://www.lowclearances.com site? I get an Account Suspended page when I try.

Perhaps they have not paid the rent? I just tried to go to that link and got the same message.

Alternate: Surface Tracks
Certainly not the best as far as GPS integration but Surface Tracks is available. There is a free verson and a paid version (about $16 a year). See https://www.surfacetracks.com/ for details.

Garmin has all that in their 760 and 770RV GPS, also width,weights, less hilly terrain etc.
