Where are the downloads

I am looking on this page to download the redlight camera POI but I don't even think Steve Wonder can figure see where the download link is to actually get started. Help!

red light cameras

Downloads for the red light cameras are temporarily disabled until we fix some issues we were having with Paypal. All other files on the site are available.

We expect red light cameras will be available again on 12/26.

Yes. They went back up early yesterday morning. The new Paypal connection sends an email with a link. This should be more reliable than the old method.
