Space on Nuvi 2689 Internal Storage

My Nuvi 2689 Internal Storage is getting full and I am looking for information on which files of the nuvi can be deleted without affecting its operation.
I have already made changes to the following:
Folder: Demo -deleted all files but not the folders,
Folder:Garmin/Documents - has 3 named files identified as PDF files but can not be deleted(False Message -The device has either stopped corresponding or has been disconnected) ,
Folder: Help - deleted all files/folders except American_English, British_English, HelpDefTable,
Folder: Keyboard -has 36 named files identified as KBD file,
Folder: Map is empty,
Folder: Text -has 117 named files identified as GLX File,
Folder:Theme/Map Folders -has 13 named files identified as KMTF File,
Folder:Vehicle - eliminated numerous vehicles,
Folder: Voice -deleted all but English_American, English_Australian, and english_British voices,
Folder: Voice/logs - has 5 named files identified as WinZip files,
Can any of "the named files" mentioned above also be deleted?
