Does Garmin WebUpdater Still Work?

Has anyone tried to run Garmin WebUpdater recently? When I launch it (most recent version 2.5.7), I just get an error banner saying "There was an error communicating with the Garmin Servers". I am running a old version of Windows Vista, so that could be the problem. Is anyone else having this problem with WebUpdater?
Works for Me
Same version, 2.5.7, checked for updates for itself, checked for updates for installed s/w on my nuvi 68LM.
No messages complaining of anything.
I'm on Windows-7, for what it is worth. Perhaps a temporary outage at Garmin's end?
Thanks oldboy.
Must be my old Vista machine as I expected.

Also Works Here
Just updated to the latest V 2.5.7.0 and it works fine on my Win7/64 PC.
Vista is dreadful
Must be my old Vista machine as I expected.
Oh Vista is dreadful in every way and is to blame for countless problems. I'd highly recommend doing yourself a favor and throwing that thing in the garbage. Head over to Best Buy this weekend and grab a new PC. Even the cheapest of PCs today will be light years ahead of Vista.
Yes, On Mac
Garmin Updater (V2.1.3) still works on a Mac.
Garmin Updater is in dire need of an update. It hasn't been updated since Feb. 2012 and needs to be revised to be compatible with the modern Mac OS.
