It fixed one problem I had with an Xs. It wouldn't charge with the Lightning plug. I would have to remove and reinsert several time to get It to charge.
Maybe simplistic on my part, but I usually do any upgrades as soon as they come out. I've been burned too much by not doing it and having security vulnerabilities bite me.
