Seems as if other apps aren't handling I-11 very well.

Garmin 1 .... Google Maps 1
Here in PA, they are connecting I-95 with the PA turnpike, aka I-276. So an entire new interchange, which is not open yet, will need to be added to the maps.
A related change is that I-95 will continue into New Jersey via I-276 East to eventually connect with the rest of I-95 and what used to be I-95 north of that area is now called I-295, with new exit numbers as well, that is in effect now, but Garmin hasn't updated that yet, however Google maps does show those number changes on the newly designated I-295.
This road will finally make sense when it's all done. The way the road has been, if you are traveling on I-95 north in Pennsylvania and don't physically exit the highway at an off ramp you'd end up traveling on I-295 south in New Jersey basically taking you right back to where you came from but on the NJ side of the Delaware River.
