POI Files for use with Android Sat Nav Apps

Hi Guys,

I have a few questions regarding POI files and Android Sat Nav Apps.

First one is can the POI files from POI factory be used/modified for use on an Android Sat Nav App.

Secondly, if they can be used, which Sat Nav App can be used?

Thirdly, ignoring POI files, which is the best Android Sat Nav App?

I got rid of my Garmin, (it kept taking on wild goose chases instead of where I wanted to go) and am presently using Google Maps Navigation, whilst trying out various other Sat Nav Apps.

Google is OK but I miss my POI files.

I had a hard time finding this post, I knew it was here somewhere.

I have several apps for routing but in my opinion Google Maps is best.

You can put your POIS in Google Maps. The above post will help you get started.

Also surf for Google Map help too.

With Google Map I now have all my POIs with me where ever I go.
