Many members love the 3597, especially at the $169.95 price.
In the future I will only buy Garmin Authorized refurbished units since there is no difference between refurbished and a new one. Actually I think they are better since they have been checked out more thoroughly.

I think it only fair to point out both CraigW and Alandb also posted links to sale prices on the 3597 earlier this year.

It appears I took my own advice and ordered a THIRD 3597! I now have one for each vehicle. No more swapping.

The units are still in stock at the GPS Store but the price went up to $179. Still not bad for such a popular full featured unit IMO.

Interesting. I checked yesterday and the price was 169.95, today it's increased to 179.95, still a good price although new ones are listed at 199.95 at the same TheGPSStore.com.
