Anyone else using the Nav V on a BMW factory mount and having problems with the screen going dark (GPS still running) on occasion when you shut the bike off mid ride, say for a quick fuel stop?

Latest Garmin software update done.

Only way I can get the screen back on is to take the GPS out of the mount. Tried using the various controls from the bike menu via the wonder wheel but this does not wake the screen even though you get a voice response.

Strange and not a consistent problem.

I have a 2015 R1200RT and have never seen this problem.

I recommend that you always include info on what bike and mount you have the NAV V installed on, as this may help narrow down the problems.
