Navigate to Custom POI Nuvi 2559

I loaded a custom POI through my Macbook to my Nuvi but the "Go" box was not usable. I normally use Safari as my browser. I found that downloading from the POI Factory works best using my Firefox browser. Not sure why, but loading in this way allows the green "Go" button to work properly.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Missing GO and numerals

Over 90% of the time this occurs, it's because the POI filename contains a numeral. Solution: remove the numeral:

http://www.poi-factory.com/garmin/problemsolver#go-button

For example:

RestAreasCombined_USA.csv will work and have a GO

RestAreasCombined_USA(1).csv will not have a green GO button.

Many browsers add a numeral to a file download when the computer folder where the download is being sent already has a file of that name. The solution is to remove the numeral, either before the download starts or after it's been downloaded to your POI folder. On rare occasions, our POI file authors have mistakenly added a numeral (think along the lines of 7-11_minimarts.csv or Super 8-motels.csv).

No Go

What file is it? Other members may want to be aware of it.Author of the file may not also be aware and may need to make a change if he gets notified. Now if it is the Red Light and Speed cameras here on POI Factory. They have the alert as part of the file.

The file name is

The file name is Starbucks.csv.

Based on your comments, I went back through my Mac downloads files. At some point, I must have downloaded this file as Starbucks.csv. When I downloaded the updated version yesterday, a "1" suffix was added to the file name. When I switched to Firefox, it looks like the file downloaded did not have a numerical suffix and therefore worked fine.
