POI files for BMW nav disk

Does anyone know how to create POI files to use as part of the BMW built in navigation / i-drive?
Basically the format should be in 2 files. One is .udx and one is a .url file.
This site has some information and a script to convert POIs http://www.bmwnavaddpoi.co.uk/imageway.htm but can only be used for POI data obtained from pocketgpsworld.com

I followed the same instruction in that site and was able to add all red cams from this site.
