I want to upload all the cell location of cingular network in Northeast. This will give you better grasp to what provider to use in your area

I want to upload all the cell location of cingular network in Northeast. This will give you better grasp to what provider to use in your area
upload csv
If you have a CSV file that's ready load, you can use the upload feature to share it.
In your user menu at the top right column, click on "create content" then "POI file".
Fill in a description and browse to the location of your file and then submit.
