Mark as Read

One of the options is to mark all forums as read. You are also warned that doing this cannot be reversed and you have to indicate you read the warning.

It actually would be a great feature to be able to mark individual posts (or forums) as un read so as to make it easy to come back to later. This is a pretty common feature of many forum software but I suppose what we use for POI factory doesn't have it.

I have my own technique for getting back to particular "posts" in some "thread" but I was wondering what you were wanting to do in particular. Is it more the "thread" or the "post" that you want to get back to - and why?

I suppose all of use the feature in email which lets us - after reading an email - mark it as "unread" - which lets it show up in bold in our list of emails. I do that all the time when I decide that I must delay taking action on an email.

In my reading threads, I periodically come across a post that gives superb instructions on how to do something or give data which I would like to have for later reference. Is this similar to what you want to do?
