Is it possible to install 3D maps on a 2460LMT? On a 8gb SD card?
Are the 3D maps strictly terrain or are they buildings, etc?

There is a 3D Terrain map called gmapdem.img and a 3D Building and Landmark file called gmap3d.img. They are not used and are not supported on the 2460.
Nuvi 350, 760, 1695LM, 3790LMT, 2460LMT, 3597LMTHD, DriveLuxe 50LMTHD, DriveSmart 61, Garmin Drive 52, Garmin Backup Camera 40 and TomTom XXL540s.
