GE and Extras

 

From the very beginning I have had trouble with GE and its displaying Extras. Initially, the rep said that they were working hard on a solution. That was good. I understand that. Next was told to update. I did and solved. Issue back again even with the latest GE update. Email support has now given several solutions from different techs.
1. reset the GPS
2. make sure you are using a USB data cable only - not one that charges
3. still having problems get the Garage stuff online
4. reset internet settings

None of the support types understood that it was not a GPS issue but the GE app on its own.

Just ranting a little out of a little frustration.

EDIT:
Did the Forced Update to 3.1.7.0 and GE would not display Extras Garmin Garage. Well, earlier today it still wouldn't, just a couple of minutes ago it does.

Anyone have ideas here? Could it be my Win7 system? I have no other issues with software, including POI Loader.
