Blue color for routing?

I noticed today the recommended route was denoted by a light blue shading (instead of the normal pink) for the bulk of the trip. It appeared as if the light blue might have been overlaid on top of the pink and, at times, almost seemed as if it was side-by-side.

I couldn't find blue shading within any of the traffic legend colors so I'm curious what this particular shading may have represented (it wasn't a toll road, either).

I had driven it going the opposite way on the outbound leg of the trip.

I use this a lot for work. You have "Show trip log" checked in your options.

Trip Log
