In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

I haven't been anywhere yet, but I couldn't resist being the first to post.
We took a trip from the Chapel Hill area of NC to St Augustine Florida for Christmas. Two things of note: Southbound we were routed through the center of Jacksonville, Northbound we were routed around the East side. There were a number of traffic holdups on I95 but we got no traffic warnings though we got extensive road construction warnings near Jacksonville.
I have never been able to find a mapping program or gps that will route around the west side of Jacksonville. The only way to make it rout is set via points below or above I10 or make the whole area of Jacksonville and east an Avoid.
Taking a vacation on a small island. It's so small, using a GPS is a waste of time.
We usually drive to Chicago for our Grandson's birthday. He was here for Christmas so we did a birthday for him.
the Poconos yesterday
I plan to go to the Sin City next week.
I drove to work today
for some New Years shopping with grand-kids!
I joined some friends for New Year's Eve at a cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains, near Asheville, NC. My 760 led me right to the address, with a stretch of interstate, a winding road through the mountains, and finally a dirt road up to the cabin.
Arrived this week. Bad weather at home. GPS was a big help on the way.
and Happy Monday
Bethesda, MD to Elkins, WV.
Headed to WV for Christmas and a weekend in my old stomping ground of Morgantown (WVU).
From VA to FL and back to see the rocket launch Monday evening. Used Waze as a backup. Covered 1500 miles in 30 hours.
Local so far. PA tomorrow......
I hate Red Light Cameras!!!.. rant over...
with the grand-kids. Even got some time in watching them slide down a snow covered hill!
Paducah KY. Yeah!
Driving around central Florida. My GPS has been very helpful finding POI and returning to our temporary home.
GPS even helped me find an out of the way address I had to go to. Avoided a significant traffic delay as well.
Still negotiating this cold snowy weather.
Saw family in Connecticut from Ohio in a rental over Thanksgiving. Was rear ended in the rental less than a minute from arriving!
Omaha to Dallas
Went to the airport
Leaving on 1/30 for a month in Florida. Getting away from the brrr!
camping in Curry Hammock state park
Washington, DC to Redkey, IN.
To doctors and Trinity Hospital in Rock Island IL.
To buy a new TV.
Just waiting for next trip.
I WAS OUT YESTERAY
Mount Airy Casino in Mount Pocono PA.
Got there with no problems with my trusty 765T
on the path in a local park.
Just another short trip to the doctors Office.
They moved so I had to find the new location.
Finding an alternate route when I saw an accident ahead.
That'll teach me to drive on I-25 combat zone.
I got to the Tampa RV Show easily enough, but needed the Garmin when leaving to use alternate roads to avoid the traffic jams.
Gosh, hardly drove at all this week!
Didn't have Nuvi plugged in so I used automobile GPS to find alternative route to hospital.
Drove around Austin Texas, no issues. Next week Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham. Week after that will be New Orleans, Jackson MS.
Looking forward to new maps.
Garmin Nuvi 1390.
Hopefully I can drive actually on Wilson Bridge rather than on water.
