Downloading right now, looks to be a regular update. Enhanced Urban Guidance functionality, three different routing options, latest map data, various stability and bug fixes.

Does Garmin iOS update quarterly like the regular navigator software?

The Navigon app is periodically updated as needed... maps thus far have been quarterly...
