Garmin POI Loader

I installed the POI Loader ver. 2.7.2.0 on 11-15-12. I use the manual method to install the POI files to set Proximity Alerts. I first remove the current POI's then install the new files. For the past five days when I am done with the new files and the install starts, I get an error that POI loader has encountered a problem. On the 2nd attempt to reinstall the files all is okay. This has happened every time when I load some new files. First install I get the error. the second install completes.
Just curious if anyone else has encountered this issue?
POI Loader normally
POI Loader will normally give you the name of the file it errors on, or at least it will show at approximately what percentage loaded before it encountered an error. As it reads the contents of your source file sequentially, knowing at what point it barfs is a clue as to the file causing problems. Try isolating it that way and let us know which file is suspected.
