Deleting map in Internal Memory.

I finally purchased a life time update for my Nuvi 765t. I downloaded the update to the internal memory and a 8 GB. memory card. Now I wanted to install the large JCV file on to memory of the Nuvi but found that I don't have enough memory. I want to use the card but how can I delete the map from the Nuvi?

1st thing is to Back up the GPS
then start by deleting the languages you don't use, that just may give you the space you need.
