Roadside America Custom POIs

I purchased and installed Roadside America's custom POIs through "Spot It On" on both my Garmin 1390 and 1490 units. They functioned normally for some time, but now the 1490 does not see them in the Extras. I can see my other custom POIs and they all work. I can see all 3 files on both units and the Roadside America POIs work on my 1390.
It has been a couple of years, a couple of email clients and a variety of hard drives and operating systems, so I no longer have the confirmation email from Spot It On,so I doubt if I can download the product again, although I might write them and try.
There ar 3 files: Roadside America V1.02.gma, .gpi and .unl. These files are on both units.
Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not familiar with Roadside America POI's.
When you purchased it were you permitted to use on more than 1 Garmin unit?
I see there is an .unl (unlock) file, these are generally used to be used on a specific unit or SD card. Did you install on the Garmins or an SD card?

Been there - done that, so I have a suggestion that has saved me.
There is a free Email backup program that handles lots of email clients. It is called Mailstore Home.
You can download it from

Having installed and run this program, you should then think about doing backups to external locations; backups that are independent of the PC, its hard drive, and the operating system.
When you think about how much valuable data you have - hopefully including several of your GPS - it is really important that you have backups in multiple locations.
Purchase the file again.
The cost is $19.95. I'm thinking it is not a deal- breaker to buy again.
