This file has your favorites and trip info.

Yes, it will automatically load any named GPX file in the Garmin/GPX folder.

You have to pick the file you want to load.
Does the Garmin POI loader automatically detect the file and load it?
Poi loader won't search your computer for a file. You will choose the one you want in the process.

I knew it when I hit the Post comment button that I should have written [nuvi]:\Garmin\GPX to be clear that I was talking about a folder on the GPS (not on the computer).
I just put all the POI's
I just put all the POI's into a folder and use POI Loader to upload it into the Garmin unit.
