New Version of SOX Test - NO GO!

Stay with v14.0.1

I saw in this post ...

that SOX.EXE v14.4.0 was released on 3/4/2012. Downloaded it to test and the intitial test failed. I compiled a few store POI files (Target, Walmart, Home Depot) in a folder together but the alert sound for all of them is from a Chick-Fil-A wav file a few folders away. This is the same crazy problems we had last July in the following post when testing sox versions.

sox Format Options

from a command prompt, type "sox -help"

The v14.0.1 version Format Options includes options that the newer versions don't have.

Thank you for checking it out and letting us know it's problematic. As they say "if it ain't broke don't fix it".

I'll just stick with 14.0.1 since I never had any issues with it.
