New Year and health


One of my goals each year is to find ways to improve my health and fitness.
One year I got into cardio kick-boxing. I've been doing water aerobics for years and then last fall I really got into aerial yoga.
That is serious fun!

What sort of things have you done, or are currently doing to get in to or maintain your physical health?


I'm trying

I fight with the recliner on a regular basis. One day soon I'll win. (and get off the thing...) wink Seriously though, weather permitting, I plan on walking more. Getting away from the 'idiot box'. That blue glow is so soothing though...
