One of my goals each year is to find ways to improve my health and fitness.
One year I got into cardio kick-boxing. I've been doing water aerobics for years and then last fall I really got into aerial yoga.
That is serious fun!
What sort of things have you done, or are currently doing to get in to or maintain your physical health?
I fight with the recliner on a regular basis. One day soon I'll win. (and get off the thing...) Seriously though, weather permitting, I plan on walking more. Getting away from the 'idiot box'. That blue glow is so soothing though...
