how or why you lost the weight, just that you did. Great job, I hope you continue to keep the weight off. If you start to gain some back, just grab a 50# WEIGHT and walk around with it for about 10 minutes and that will be your incentive to watch what you eat. Again great job

Come on folks give him a break, I do believe he lost the weight and wants to share his good fortune with others. It may appear as spam since by the statement at the site

This does not mean alofficial intends to promote it, or sell it, but rather he just used the products. Lets be fair and not judge him by what the site displays.

it has taken me 10 years AND I now exercise regularly at a gym AND I have changed my eating habits; eg. no seconds or at least very seldom.

Btw I'm 68 and have been retired for 10 years.

I am trying to loose weight one pound at a time. I find that if I don't eat and extra large bag of M&Ms in one week it helps.

I lost 20 pounds a few years ago just watching what I was eating. I am keeping most of it off. When I see two or three pounds come back I just try harder.

Someone paste me a link so I can gain weight. I quit drinking over 10 years ago and lost almost 30 pounds.
Some stress involved also. It wasn't 30 pounds of Fat either. I've tried a bunch of stuff, no steroids and cannot get over the 154lb. mark. Not gonna go back to drinking and I won't use Steroids.

That's the killer. Processed crap.

High fat/ sodium content usually, and then the lack of exercise makes for hippo hips, thunder thighs, and beer bellies...

I look at the labels to make sure I know what I'm buying.

It looks like I was wrong in defending the OP alofficial by implying I didn't think it was spam.

I would imagine the after 21 posts he\she would return to the forum and defend themselves against the spam allegation, which has not happened.
I try to see the positive side in people but sometimes in just doesn't work out.

North America has a serious problem with overweight people; it will affect us all in Medical Insurance costs for treatment of health issues directly caused by overweight people. It's sad that somebody has died from cardiac arrest prematurely and left loving family members to grieve.

My wife, who is a petite size, tells me she has difficulty in finding clothes, inventory for petites has dramatically decreased. Fashion buyers have shifted their buying power to the larger sizes.
