Where can I locate the latest Garmin Junction View File? (The large one with all of the data, not the small one that is updated by Garmin with the maps)...Has it been updated for the latest map set (2011.30)?

Yes, the 2012.30 JCV file was updated. As for finding it, look for the thread on the 2012.30 map. The link be in there.
