versions. What is the difference?

Just keep the latest and delete the earlier ones

Made 11 Additions/Deletions/Corrections in 4 States.
(CA, NJ, OH, PA)

Only one version

There is only one version of the Rest Areas Combined file available at POI Factory.

Each time the file has been updated with corresponding version change (latest Version AK) a writeup has been posted at http://www.poi-factory.com/node/5001 which has a brief writeup of the changes made in that version.
